An appointed body that hears appeals related to the City's stormwater ordinance.
Stormwater Engineering Center
The Stormwater Appeals Board is the appeal authority designated by City Council to hear appeals from any permit applicant or permittee, or person subject to ordinance requirements, aggrieved by an action of the City taken in regard to the Ordinance.
The board is comprised of five citizen members and two alternates.
Meeting Times and Location
This Board meets on an as needed basis in Building 1 to hear any appeals. Meetings will be posted to the City's public meetings calendar.
