The task force shall study the many aspects of short-term rental enforcement and registration, including grandfathered properties, and recommend to the City Council ways in which enforcement and registration could be improved, including prioritization of enforcement efforts and consideration of City recognition of short-term rental owners who are fully compliant with all short term rental regulations.
