Green Ribbon Committee
An appointed body working to improve the city's water quality.
The Green Ribbon Committee is a 14-member body, including two student members, appointed by the City Council.
The committee makes recommendations to the Council regarding water quality improvements for Virginia Beach.
Meeting Information
Meetings are held from 2:30 to 4 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of every month at the Virginia Beach Planning Department, 2403 Courthouse Drive, Building 3, Room 110.
