Green Ribbon Committee
An appointed body working to improve the city's water quality.
The Green Ribbon Committee is 14-member body, including two student members, appointed by the City Council.
The committee makes recommendations to Council regarding water quality improvements for Virginia Beach.

Meetings are held from 2:30 to 4 p.m. the fourth Thursday of every month at the Virginia Beach Planning Department, 2875 Sabre St., Suite 500.
