An appointed body that focuses specifically on issues and projects in the Bayfront Area.

Three or more members of the Planning Commission may be in attendance at the Bayfront Advisory Commission (BAC) to be held on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. at the Ocean Park Rescue Squad – 3769 E. Stratford Road, Virginia Beach.
Review and make recommendations to the City Council regarding public and private projects and issues associated with the Bayfront area, or projects or issues associated with the Bayfront area that the City Council may refer to the Commission.
