Max Occupancy
Having more than two people per bedroom in the home after 11 p.m. is prohibited.
Noise
Creating noise/sound that can be heard inside any adjoining residence is prohibited.
Trash Collection
All trash must be placed in automated refuse receptacles where provided.
Event Attendance
Properties may not host events attended by more people than permitted to stay overnight (number of bedrooms times 2). This rental may not request or obtain a special-event permit under City Code 4-1 (8a).
