Public Hearing
The Virginia Beach Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, at noon, at which time the following application will be considered:
City of Virginia Beach – an ordinance to amend the official zoning map by the designation and reduction of property located in the Oceanfront Resort Short-Term Rental Overlay District.
