The Virginia Beach ​Planning Commission​ will hold a ​Public Hearing​ on ​Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, at ​noon​, at which time the following application will be considered:

City of Virginia Beach – an ordinance to amend the official zoning map by the designation and reduction of property located in the Oceanfront Resort Short-Term Rental Overlay District.
